Properties
Manganese sulfate monohydrate is a chemical. White or light pink monoclinic crystal system fine crystal. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, heating to more than 200℃ began to lose crystalline water, about 280℃ to lose most of the crystalline water, 700℃ into anhydrous salt melt, 850℃ began to decompose, due to different conditions release sulfur trioxide, sulfur dioxide or oxygen.
Manganese sulfate monohydrate is soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol.
Application
1. Industrial production, used as electrolytic manganese and other manganese salt raw materials, used for papermaking, ceramics, printing and dyeing,
ore flotation, used as trace analysis reagents, mordant and paint desiccant, synthesis of fatty acids used as catalyst.
2. Feed industry, feed additives, plant synthesis of chlorophyll catalyst, nutrient enhancer.
3. The food industry, manganese sulfate is allowed to use food fortification.
4. Fertilizer industry, manganese sulfate is one of the important trace element fertilizer, can be used as base fertilizer, seed soaking, seed mixing,
topdressing and foliar spraying, can promote crop growth, increase yield.
