Irbesartan
Properties:Irbesartan is white or off-white powder or crystalline powder. It is slightly soluble in methanol or ethanol, insoluble in water.
Application
For the treatment of essential hypertension, it is suitable for patients treated with combination therapy. It is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist (Angiotensin II Antagonists), which has a relatively large effect on vasodilation. In addition to lowering blood pressure, it also has the effect of protecting the kidneys, and has a therapeutic effect on diseases such as glomerulosclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis.
