Uses: used as anti-mold agent, dough regulator, buffer, curing agent, nutrition enhancer, chelating agent, etc. in the food industry, such as baking products, pastry leavening agent, bread, biscuit leavening agent, pectin curing agent (gel effect), yeast food meat products tissue improver, etc. Used in brewing, it can increase the saccharification power and improve the fermentation capacity.
Packing specification: 25kg, the inner packaging is food-grade PE bag, the outer packaging is composite paper bag, or customized packaging according to user requirements.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry, clean, cool, ventilated place.
Shelf life: The shelf life is 2 years under the condition of meeting the specified storage and transportation conditions and keeping the package intact.
